Disconnecting accounts you no longer wish to use

Acceleposts is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including content removal, account suspension, API changes, failed publishing, rate limits, loss of access, data restrictions, changes in platform rules, or service interruptions.

Scheduled posts, RSS posts, bulk posts, automated posts, and AI-assisted posts should be reviewed carefully. You are responsible for anything published through your connected accounts.

Acceleposts may include tools for creating, organizing, importing, scheduling, or publishing blog posts, content posts, categories, tags, and RSS-based content.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

Imported or syndicated content is lawfully used

RSS feeds are authorized for your intended use

Republished content does not violate copyright, licensing terms, or third-party rights

Categories and tags are not misleading, deceptive, or abusive

Automated publishing settings are reviewed and monitored

Acceleposts may restrict, disable, or remove content or RSS activity that appears abusive, spam-like, infringing, harmful, excessive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Acceleposts may provide AI-assisted tools, including AI Publishing, AI Studio, caption generation, templates, prompts, content suggestions, or other AI-supported features.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive, offensive, outdated, non-unique, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all AI-assisted content before using, publishing, sharing, or relying on it.

You agree not to use AI tools to generate, assist, publish, or distribute content that:

Is illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory

Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights

Impersonates another person or organization without authorization

Misleads users about identity, origin, sponsorship, endorsement, or authenticity

Creates or promotes scams, phishing, malware, spam, fraud, or deceptive activity

Violates third-party platform rules

Attempts to bypass safety systems, usage limits, access restrictions, or moderation controls

Acceleposts may log AI usage, prompts, outputs, metadata, usage volumes, and related activity for security, abuse prevention, billing, performance, troubleshooting, legal compliance, and platform improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceleposts does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs are original, accurate, copyright-free, legally compliant, or suitable for commercial use. You are responsible for determining whether output may be used for your intended purpose.

Acceleposts may include access to Particle, an image generation, image creation, or visual design tool within the Vortex area of the platform.

You are responsible for the prompts, inputs, images, references, uploads, and outputs you create or use through Particle.

You agree not to use Particle to create, upload, generate, publish, or distribute images or visuals that:

Violate laws or third-party rights

Misuse another person’s likeness, identity, name, image, or voice without proper permission

Impersonate others or mislead viewers about authenticity

Contain illegal, exploitative, hateful, abusive, or harmful content

Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights

Are used for scams, deception, manipulation, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized endorsements

Generated images may not be unique and may resemble outputs generated for other users. Acceleposts does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, legal clearance, commercial suitability, or third-party platform acceptance of images generated through Particle.

You should review generated images carefully before publishing, selling, distributing, or using them commercially.

Acceleposts may provide file storage, file management, media library, upload, download, organization, or related features, including Fierce Files where available.

You are responsible for all files and media you upload, store, manage, share, or process through the platform.

You agree not to upload, store, share, or distribute files that:

Are illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious

Contain malware, spyware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful code

Violate privacy, confidentiality, security, or intellectual property rights

Contain sensitive personal information unless you have lawful authority and appropriate safeguards

Are used for fraud, harassment, deception, spam, or abuse

Violate these Terms or applicable laws

Storage limits may apply based on your plan, account status, or technical capacity. Acceleposts may remove or restrict files that exceed storage limits, create security risk, violate these Terms, or are associated with suspended, inactive, canceled, or abusive accounts.

You should maintain independent backups of important files. Acceleposts is not responsible for data loss resulting from user error, account misuse, third-party service issues, expired accounts, platform maintenance, storage limits, suspension, or termination.

Acceleposts may provide tools that help users search, discover, access, or reference media available online.

Search results, external media, or third-party media may be subject to separate copyrights, licenses, restrictions, attribution requirements, platform rules, or usage limits. The appearance of media in search results does not mean it is free to use, commercially cleared, or owned by Acceleposts.

You are responsible for verifying media rights, license requirements, attribution obligations, and permitted use before downloading, publishing, modifying, distributing, or using any third-party media.

Where available, Acceleposts may include or integrate Fierce Links features, including branded short links, QR codes, CTA links, campaigns, link analytics, click tracking, referrer tracking, device/browser information, approximate location information, campaign reporting, and related tools.

You are responsible for the destinations, content, campaigns, QR codes, CTAs, and links you create or distribute.

You agree not to use link management features for:

Phishing, malware, scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive redirects

Spam or unauthorized marketing

Circumventing platform rules or moderation systems

Linking to illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content

Misleading users about the destination, purpose, sponsor, or nature of a link

Collecting data unlawfully or without required disclosures or consent

Acceleposts may disable, suspend, remove, review, or restrict links, QR codes, campaigns, or accounts that appear abusive, unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful to users, the platform, or third parties.

You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, advertising, marketing, email, tracking, cookie, consumer protection, and data protection laws when using links, pixels, CTAs, QR codes, analytics, or tracking features.

Acceleposts may provide watermark tools to help users brand, mark, protect, or identify content.

You are responsible for ensuring that any watermark, logo, brand name, trademark, or mark you use is owned by you or used with proper authorization.

Acceleposts is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized watermark use, trademark misuse, brand impersonation, or misleading ownership claims.

Acceleposts may provide analytics, dashboards, reports, logs, link performance data, publishing activity, channel performance, click data, user activity, usage metrics, and related insights.

Analytics are provided for informational purposes and may not always be complete, real-time, accurate, uninterrupted, or identical to data shown by third-party platforms.

You should not rely solely on Acceleposts analytics for legal, tax, financial, medical, compliance, or other high-stakes decisions.

Acceleposts may provide Automation API access, API integrations, webhooks, connected services, third-party integrations, or developer-related tools.

You are responsible for:

By purchasing a plan, subscription, credit package, or paid feature, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges through the available payment method or payment processor.

Plans, features, limits, pricing, storage, credits, access levels, and included services may vary and may change over time. We will make reasonable efforts to display current plan information, but accidental errors, outdated references, or technical issues may occur.

Credits may be subject to usage limits, expiration, plan rules, promotional rules, or restrictions shown at purchase or within the platform.

Acceleposts may withhold, reverse, delay, deny, or cancel commissions connected to suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, refunds, policy violations, or invalid activity.

Acceleposts may provide support through tickets, help desk tools, FAQs, support categories, labels, or other support channels.

Support availability, response times, issue resolution, and service levels may vary by plan, issue type, queue volume, technical complexity, and platform status.

You agree not to misuse support systems, submit abusive messages, harass support staff, submit false claims, flood tickets, or use support tools for unrelated, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

Support communications may be logged, reviewed, and retained for quality, troubleshooting, security, account verification, training, compliance, and dispute resolution as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use Acceleposts to engage in, promote, assist, or facilitate:

Interfering with platform operations, servers, networks, or third-party services

Uploading or distributing harmful code or files

Using Acceleposts in a way that violates third-party platform rules

Any use that may create legal, security, reputational, operational, or safety risk

We may investigate, restrict, remove content, disable links, suspend features, terminate accounts, report conduct, or take other action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Acceleposts may connect to, rely on, display, integrate with, or link to third-party services, including social platforms, third-party login providers, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, media sources, AI providers, APIs, RSS sources, storage providers, and other tools.

Acceleposts, including its software, interface, design, logos, features, workflows, documentation, trademarks, service marks, branding, and platform technology, is owned by Acceleposts, its operator, or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from Acceleposts except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission.

You retain responsibility for rights in your User Content. Acceleposts does not grant you rights to third-party content, third-party media, third-party trademarks, or third-party platform materials.

Third-party integrations will remain available or unchanged

Scheduled posts will always publish successfully

Files or data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or unavailable

Generated content will be accepted by third-party platforms

Use of the platform will produce specific business, marketing, financial, creative, or audience results

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining backups, complying with laws, and using the platform responsibly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acceleposts, its operator, affiliates, owners, team members, licensors, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including loss of data, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, content, files, audience, account access, or platform access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Acceleposts will not exceed the amount you paid to Acceleposts for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
